San Clemente is a beautiful beach town that is known for it’s surfing and it’s quiet tranquility. A lot of the homes in that area are Mediterranean style with smooth stucco and terracotta roofs.
This home has a stunning view and a luxurious layout for lots of enjoyment for the family who likes being at the beach. It was recently custom built by another person with lots of personal details. The new homeowner that is my client asked us to personalize some things so they can enjoy the home to its fullest.
It is a Mediterranean inspired house. This project is an 8,000 square foot custom home that we are remodeling. It has 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It is a beautiful home, but still needs to be customized for the new homeowners.
